About The Applicant

Titanic Quarter is one of Europe’s largest urban waterfront regeneration projects.

In just over a decade Titanic Quarter has gone from master plan to reality as a thriving and bustling destination. Over £850 million has already been invested, creating a dynamic district where over 20,000 people live, work, visit and stay each day along Belfast’s Maritime Mile, which now attracts more than 3.6 million visitors annually.

While internationally recognised for its waterfront location and tourism offer – including major TV and film productions and the world’s largest Titanic visitor attraction – Titanic Quarter is also one of Northern Ireland’s most important employment locations.

Situated in the heart of Belfast’s Innovation District, it is home to a diverse and growing business community including Citi Group, Catalyst, Artemis Technologies, Amazon, Channel Commercial Park and the Momentum One Zero development, alongside more than 100 local, national and international businesses spanning technology, financial services, creative industries and advanced manufacturing.

Together with high-quality residential neighbourhoods and vibrant waterfront leisure destinations, Titanic Quarter continues to evolve as a mixed-use district.
